The Fine & Country Foundation supports OCLT in its Autumn Grant Scheme

Oxfordshire Community Land Trust has been awarded £2,500 by The Fine & Country Foundation's Autumn Grant Programme. The award will make a significant contribution to our architectural fees in connection with the design feasibility work and pre-application submission for our Blackbird Leys project.

The local Summertown Fine & Country branch has been a longtime supporter of our work, including the sponsorship of our successful Community Share Offer event at Trinity College. Our Chair Mark Child said "we are incredibly grateful for Fine & Country's grant that helps to off-set the initial pre-development costs of our latest project as we work towards providing more genuinely and permanently affordable homes in Oxfordshire. We are very fortunate that Fine & Country's local managing agent Guy Simmons cares deeply about our organisation, regularly advocating for the important work that we do. These relationships showcase the best of local businesses as they stand alongside community-led efforts to make Oxfordshire a place that works for everyone".
