We've begun to work with communities at neighbourhood level to identify opportunities for OCLT community-led housing in their local areas.

 

As a Community Land Trust, one of our major advantages over other developers is that we can make sure our housing is tailored to particular places and their needs, rather than parachuting in cookie-cutter solutions that may be ill-suited to the places where they land.

We've started our “neighbourhood groups” project with workshops in East Oxford, but are planning to expand these first to other parts of Oxford, and then to elsewhere in Oxfordshire.
